Because anthro women are more sexually photogenic in the nude than anthro men.
You can censor willies on males and nips/vags on women. But women still have visible curves such as an itty-bitty waist, hips, and boobas. They may censor the nips but it's still sexually photogenic.
That's just my opinion though. Not to mention both men and women have the same problem when dealing with too much booty on camera for family friendly content. Press F in the chat for nerfing both Samus's and Snake's booties in Smash Ultimate.

I knew somebody was going to bring this up. And I do have an answer for that too.
Sally Acorn's first design didn't have her trademark blue vest or an hourglass figure, but as the series carried on from the pilot episode of Sonic SAT into the Archie comic verse. She was given an hourglass figure, a vest, and after the megaman crossover was given another redesign and was finally given a pair of pants. So, in early iterations it was more forgivable, but as more people, (parents) got concerned with the exposure of feminine attributes, studios were pressured for this change.
Hence what we have now compared to back then. But again, it's my opinion.
