White lions are the shortest breed of Leoleo characterised by their shortened snout, golden coat and white mane. They are also nicknamed Shishi and Maned bully. Their ears are often cropped to maintain their lion-like appearance.
White lions are only bred for cosmetics by Sirian humans and were originally bred just for the wealthy and royal but it didn’t really work out since not many wealthy and royal folks find them super interesting or valuable so their price was reduced and anyone can buy them. They are mostly kept by humans and Wryvirra. Beardrags on the other hand only favour larger breeds with purpose and dislike the idea of breeding animals just for looks.
White lions are docile and fairly easy to train, despite their stubby build they can still effectively protect homes from intruders.
