Turns out its just an exorbitant amount of layers needed for me.
There's about 20+ just pure lighting and pitch black (with opacity downed to about 35% for one and 23% for another) Layers alone. The back ground leaf layer is only one layer LMFAO.
But DAMN those dots were a pain in the butt to do ewe;
