It's harder for them to get off the ground.
My point wasn't that small ones are necessarily better than big ones*, but that a large bust size isn't the end-all-be-all of attractiveness. Smaller ones on the right person can look better than average ones on a person who hasn't got it going.
*Except the really big ones – 102ZZZ cups ** are altogether too much for all parties involved.

I figure people like them more because – well, that's many of us men for you. :-/ (Less me than other men, though, as I'm generally more concerned with pointier bits of a woman's anatomy – like her knuckles) And I also certainly understand your viewpoint on the small ones.
