Commission for Blitzy of a "blimp" used by the Admiral. General idea is that a minion, mainly volunteering, ends up as a blimp with armor and parts added on them.
This one is the A.B.E "Mammoth" B-Class blimp. Not too big, but definitely not the biggest, it's a bit slower but makes it up for defense and weaponry.
