So.. I decided on an obnoxious color scheme. :3
Orange, green and purple are three of my favorite colors, so why not?

Anywho.. Random informations:

Species: Rat/Dragon Hybrid

Emerald/Darker Green: Eyes
Purple: All skin (Yes, ALL of it, you perverted furfags. :3)
Orange: Roughly 50% of her scales.
Lighter Green: The scales that aren't orange.
White: Fur.
Generic Boring Info:
-Toby sucks at being a dragon. Most of it is just for looks. She can breath a very small amount of fire.. maybe enough to destroy a small bush, but nothing to really hurt anybody with. She also can't really fly very well. She can glide if she's up high enough... so if she jumps off of a building or a cliff, she'll be good for a little while. (When I told that to my friend, he's all "So she's like Spyro?")
-Despite the fact she can't breath fire, she's generally really warm. Like.. exceedingly so, so she's pleasant to snuggle up to on cold days. :3
-The scales running along her spine, arms and legs are segmented for flexibility, but are close enough together that they provide a pretty decent defense.
Color wise, the 'plates' along her back start with orange (between her nostrils) and ends with orange (just above her tail), while her arm and leg plates start and end green. I don't care how many you put, just as long as you follow that simple 'rule'. :<
-She'll eat anything (or anyone) that gets in her way or manages to catch her interest.
-An inherited draconic trait, she tends to hoard shiny things, like coins and jewelry, without really noticing it.

Clothing:
-Her 'generic' outfit consists of a shirt that only goes to just below the bottom of her wings (where they attach to her back), jeans, and a vest that's shorter in the back than the front. The vest can either be straight black, or have the Pink Floyd Hammers (http://www.findfreegraphics.com/image-55/pink+floyd+the+wall.htm) on her back, with the words "Trust Us" underneath it.
-She also likes cargo pants, Tripp pants, hoodies, and just about anything orange. (She's not too terribly fond of skirts/dresses) Ties, suits, uniforms (not... school uniforms, but like.. army/military uniforms), most hats, and collars are all in.. so... whatever you want her to be in, that isn't a dress. ._.
