You know, there's quite logical (I hope at least) lore in my head. But to be logical, this world must have a lot of limits and rules, so many situations couldn't happen in there. That's why some pictures in my gallery show events that take place in that world and some of them not

I have easy solution for getting around the limits/rule lore issue.
Just have regions in the setting where it less civilised, eg wildland/unexplored regions. Looking at your gallery some of your stuff could easily be speculated as colonies/settlements near such regions.

Nah, I guess that solution wouldn't work :(
Snakes just don't belong to civilization, they're parasites living around mouse settlements and hunting villagers. They can talk, but interaction is quite limited in such circumstances. These situations would never happen for example:
