Added some structure and made some changes to it.
Pretend the wings are larger, that was my "must save space"- reflex kicking in.
I think I'll make each "feather" wider so you can suspend your disbelief of the flight-ability of it better.

Bah, you posted this while I was commenting on the other one.
Ring patterns look like wrinkles. Unless they're supposed to be wrinkles. In which case they're wrinkles.

The rings are an interesting touch, I like the kind of semi-shine they seem to have. So is that two tongues, or just a thick forked tongue?

i like it, the rings (though as someone said they look kinda like wrinkles) are an interesting touch.
