This is beautiful and thought provoking. Pretty character, don't know what she's thinking / doing / worrying about. Some details are simple which allow others to stand out. I especially like the warm lighting, the shading, and most especially the texture detail of the futon she's resting on.
Character design is also very interesting, I love how her bangs hang in front of her eyes without quite restricting or hiding them.
What really makes this stand out to me though is her expression. Without any idea of what she's thinking about, it still conveys what could be whole libraries of emotion. Beautiful.
