Personal art I made lastnight! Finished it around almost midnight :) I wanted to finish it so bad and knew if I left it for another day it'd never get done, lol.
The lyrics are from Lacrimosa by Kalafina ! From one of the black butler anime endings.
I figured I'd make a new piece to celebrate Boss' return, him being associated with the blood moon (new beginnings) is fitting.
Part of his face peeking out / both eyes showing also plays into "emerging from the shadows to reveal your true self", showing he is reborn into his (coughs my) authentic self
I pushed myself a LOT with this piece, posing, rendering, different techniques for diff things
I'm super proud of this piece (i even went and ordered a print of it to put in my office) so I hope yall like it as well <3
