The shirt doens't look bad here. I just had a quick look through your gallery and most other pics you've done with shirts in them didn't have much in the ways of shading at all. I'd say you're on the right track with this one. You just need to do more like this one, and maybe study some photos of real clothing, see how the light and shadow works witht he folds of the cloth.
Yeah, well anime is a valid source to base your shading ideas from too.
I just did a quick google image search and found a couple of pics that show some clothing with shading:

You can trick the server into letting you see the image by first going to http://static.zerochan.net/full/00/44/ and then pasting http://static.zerochan.net/full/00/44/297200.jpg into the address bar. Since you're loading from one part of that site to another it won't give you a 403.
sorry for the wait~! ^^-;
Lineart
-Your using alot of good solid shapes in this~ the top on the snout, ear shape & consistant finger thickness are some of the best aspects.
-Taking the time when sketching to follow a few more of the natural lines such as:
>draw her horns sweeping backward from the point they come out of her head abit more & considering her distant expression, having her ear sitting at a less 'upright' and more relaxed angle
>jaw-line to follow further up the cheek
>put in a clavicle ((that is the combination of both your collar-bones and the pit just under your throat between them)) and build the shoulders/neck from there, etc
..to keep up with the solid shaping in lineart. :'3
-If you can in future, make sure to match up the hair line on the back of head to match the front, & her bent arm may be a tad too long in both halves.
-The best reference is photos or a mirror for anatomy, and never be affraid to trace the 'whole shape' ((for example an entire circle for the head)) when penciling. this will result in better 'building' from the original shapes :'3
Colouring
-Your cell shading & solid highlighting is off to a very good start~!
-Are you using texters of markers in this? When filling in large patches, try to use very slow back-and-forth strokes in the entire area your filling to avoid those grainy cross-over patches.
-And again, to emphisize the 'shapes' in pictures, follow natural lines where you can. For example, the nose and snout stripes really look as thought they are coming off the page where as the shadow-line under her chin could have been alot thicked to suggest the shape of her face more.
You've done well with the shadowing in the crease of her arm, on her upper arm next to, and under her breast also give that more suggested shaping, The shading immediately under her collar that follows that silhouette is a good touch also. :'3 Just need to pull that same standard across the entire picture. ^_____^
Hope this iz of some help and good luck with the next arting~! :'D

.. well long description... now to read all this all XD but thanks for ya time helping me out.
oh yeah i know what ya mean there with the ears.. n yeah ive recently changed my chars horns to be backwards anyway.
... oh i completely didn't draw in a collar bone in here oops. but hmm collarbone first ill try that.
i aint sure what you meant by the jaw line thou
i aint sure what you mean by the hair
n i dont like tracing photos or figures in front or me or photos cause i want to draw from my head but i guess i still can while im learning.
cell shading?
just textures i know they just crappy connectors normally i use colour pencils actually i aint got the money for good markers but your colouring tips would still work with pencils?
i aint sure exactly how to follow the "shape".. shape as in the curve of the forexample the arm?
with the cloths such as the chest i was told by another friend i need improoving on that and i see what he means they look flat i aint sure how to fix that.

following solid shapes, i mean something like what you see in these pen-sketch pictures;

notice the lighter sketch lines under the harder inked bits? *in the last two, it's often in -red- pen? this makes sure that ever when there are layers over the top of the lines you are wanting to draw, when you continue that line, it's on the right path. :'3
-jaw-line, refers to from under your chin along that bone that continues up to the base of your ear.
-for her hair-line, the front comes out higher than the back.
and you do not have to 'trace' images, but referencing what real life objects and figures look like is a great building tool :'3 especially when learning.. even professional artists still do this~ ^____^
