An oooooold duo-form character from early DA days, only recently brought back due to my stint in Evil Genius 2 lately, (and one friend raiding the 'character graveyard' in the process) remade to try and fit into the setting as well, if she was to be put out as a concept for a player character/genius in said game.
The gist is that she is 'The Mutant', in that prior to the game's start, she was a genetic scientist under the employ of S.A.B.R.E., working in a lab based in the northern territories, of Egypt specifically. An accident there though caused an explosion, and due to her experimenting with genes pertaining to crocodiles that are frequently found around the Nile River, caused her to be the unwilling first subject of what her experiment's purpose was. Said accident was the catalyst of a gradual transformation from her human self to that of crocodilian traits, which would have kept human intellect but came with the quirks of the source creature. Due to this though, she had to flee since she would have no doubt been used as experiment fodder for whatever it was that less ethically-inclined scientists had in mind, resorting to the criminal underworld to try and get the funds and tools needed to try and reverse or even cure her mutations, which is her initial cause at the start of the game.
Over the course of the game, namely when the first stage of her doomsday device - then initially referred to as a genetic re-sequencer to try and revert her changes - is built. Instead of working as intended, it backfires and only accelerates the changes enough that she loses all of her human features yet still able to think for herself. This causes her to forego her original name Susan and instead go with Nosar, along with changing her goal to start a surge to complete conversion of the human populace of the world to being mutants much like her, knowing that she would be shot on sight if she dared to return to any semblance of a normal life. The conversion isn't the end of it since as the G.E.N.E. gets upgraded, she gets increasingly stronger as a representation of her mutations progressing even further, ending once she is how she looks in the second image. It's at that point that she has gone 'full ego' and dresses herself akin to how Egyptian mythology figures would, demanding to be called 'Empress' to boot, able to practically tower over others at roughly twelve to fifteen feet/three point six to four and a half meters in height.
She isn't weak in the slightest, especially once she gets rolling. In-game and at the start, she'd have a mere 125 health, 125 smarts, and 75 morale, the lowest of all of the geniuses thus far (that I can remember, that is). Her main gimmick though is that she gets said stats increased as the game progresses and thus her mutations, gaining a +50 to all three stats each time the G.E.N.E. is upgraded. Combined with the research that further increases the stats, she would gain an overall +350 to all of her stats when at the fourth and final stage of her mutations and all research done, which would possibly make her the toughest of them all. Damage output and resistances also increases as she changes, especially so in melee to reflect her increasing strength. Passive and active abilities I haven't worked out for her, but felt that one could be an AOE that gains strength as the game progresses to serve as a damaging crowd control for dealing with agents.
There was another concept with her at the time she was revived in that was more or less just to work with sizeplay fantasies, in that her doomsday device would launch her at the targeted region but at roughly the size of a kaiju and thus to cause as much damage as she could before going back down to her previous size.
Susan/Nosar belongs to me.
