Picked up a YCH from
Madame_Carotte/Marchef recently that seemed like a perfect idea... got
TasiaWeaver to join in on the fun as well., and she seemed quite willing to help out.
Not sure that Jenora would ever really need sunscreen, but that doesn't stop people from volunteering to help apply it.
Artist's posting at https://www.furaffinity.net/view/48610766/ so feel free to check things out there as well!

Heh, pretty much. Maybe some sort of conditioner instead.
I'm suddenly reminded of the big beach picture that
rjbartrop did, with the tracker truck parked nearby...

That's true, though you can use soap as shampoo in a pinch. (This is not recommended as a regular thing.)
Now, just need to also be careful to not mix up "sunscreen" and "suntan" lotions... though given it's the starcat we're talking about, it's probably just to appear normal.

Jadestar's more a Tank, really, though a DPS-y tank since she runs solo more often than parties. Though that was partly because DCUO automatically puts anybody with the Fire power set as a tank for whatever reason that might have made sense to the creators at the time. It tends to make sense, though, she's got a definite bit of the 'why did you hit me? If you don't stop hitting me I'll have to stop you myself' attitude. And on DCUO I have a couple of powers that do knockdowns so I can do semi-Controller as well. It's fun to do the sequence of effects of 'set everybody on fire, activate the power that drags everybody around you closer to you and heals you based on how much they're on fire, hit them a few times, then activate the power that knocks everybody away again'.
(And honestly I like to play Tanks because my reaction time isn't what it used to be, and tanks are usually not quite as demanding on exact sequence optimization.)

And you just reminded me of the old webcomic 8-bit Theater... where in page 7 in 2001 we see Black Mage reading a Nintendo Power magazine and saying 'Four White Mages? It'll never work', and then in page 1221 in 2010 we see the day won by White Mage, Priest, Shaman, and Healer (followed by Black Mage pulling out the same Nintendo Power magazine again and grumbling).
Yes, pacing is always going to be an issue, sadly, when it can take months to run through a story arc that's actually only a single day of in-world time.
And some of that in this case is because it is so much a collaborative work; Phil has always done great comedic timing and character work, but I'm pretty sure a lot of the over-arching plot and world-building are Kaja's. And there's been occasional succumbing to what I refer to as 'Grand Tour Syndrome', where parts of the plot appear to exist for the primary purpose of showing off the world-building.
As for 'The Works', I haven't played the game in a long while; should try to set things up again.

As normal as a giant cat looks, anyway...
(And really, the main difference between 'suntan' and 'sunscreen' is in degree rather than kind, so far as I know... 'sunscreen' tries to be a fairly good block against UV, while 'suntan' tries to let some through but only a limited amount.)
