That vehicle is INCREDIBLY OLD (1948 if i remember well), but some countries as Cuba or Syria still uses it. Failed horrible as APC (The Hungarians made a real carnage with them in 1956) by lack of protection, and mobility, and NBC protection (this one have, have closed roof)... but for secondary roles is...fine. And cheap
