As I've mentioned before, Sekkai is a place ravaged by tainted creatures great and small. This individual is on of the latter. Skinsy, a corrupted rosemary, has embraced a vile, bastardized version of tribal medicines to create her own sick voodoo to transmit her powers. Lording over a swampbound tribe and dealing with devil and angel alike, she's a valuable asset to both sides.

Albeit a repulsive one.


Edit: I learned over the years that the character I based this on is pretty much a heinously offensive racial characiture. I'm leaving her hear for posterity/accountability, but....I definitely don't agree with this and the kind of language I used to describe it. Don't do this.
