Tempest can switch between members of his component's lines at will. for example, he can switch to a Goomy form or Eevee, but can't switch to, say, Umbreon, since that's technically a different line. all of his forms have some aspect of the other component, like Sliggoo having Jolteon's fur, and Jolteon being slimy.
the goo that covers his body is slightly different from normal, as it can hold an electric charge over time, leaving those caught paralyzed for longer periods of time. it's not inherently electric, however, so you can still touch him, but be a bit wary after a battle, as he'll have likely charged himself.
while his main form does retain some of the stretchiness of his belly that the Goodra line gives, it's not as much compared to if he was in that form outright.
personality-wise, Tempest is mostly the same as Serp, but slightly less timid and a bit more aggressive, but is mostly still friendly.

i finally made a sona i feel comfortable with.
sonamaking is hard, and i apologize for the flood of similar things. ^w^"
i think my issue was that i was locking myself to a particular form. hybrid or no, i didn't wanna feel stuck in any particular state, since the whole point of a sona is that it can be whatever you want. i finally get people who have various forms for seemingly no explanation, because it's so much more liberating.
is there a lore reason why i can do what i do? not really, and i don't plan on shoehorning one in and thus limiting myself.
this is also probably gonna overwrite Serp (though i'm still gonna go by that name since i use it literally everywhere else), since it's more or less the same thing in a different state. no glowy goo though kinda sucks.
as for my Serperior? i do have something in mind for him, a different character of sorts. though i wanna do a bit more than just a reupload, so that might take a bit, as does everything else i have in mind. i'll have more time to do so soon, so that's a plus.
but yeah, this sona fills pretty much all the needs i have. maybe now i can do or get some proper artwork of it.
