Sometimes, Arthur liked to enjoy a big meal and then relax under a tree or otherwise outside. Today, he had a huge salad, bigger than his normal lunch, and then drank a little potion to make his belly bigger, but as a bonus, also much more noisy. He walked outside, many of the regular patrons thinking he had eaten a troublemaker or two or three even, and he just let them think that as he had no reason to tell them otherwise.
He ambiently rubbed his gut, which gurgled and groaned like absolute crazy as his lunch and the potion would eventually digest away.
