What is that red all over Erna's face in the bottom panel you ask? Just trying to set the fearful mood... unsuccessfully, I might add. Oh well <3 lol
I love how the expression turned out in the second panel though. Major WTF moment.
P.S.
If anyone has TF related critique, It'd be very much appreciated so I can do better on my next one. (i.e. what should I show growing? What order? What should the pacing be like? How long is the average Transformation? Stuff like that.)

Considering I'm somewhat of a TF fan myself (And a TF writer, but that's unrelated. XD), I'll gladly give you some constructive criticism if you'd like it. But, I feel like I should wait for the last one to come out, so I will. Looking good as of yet, though. =^_^=
How about adding a couple more transition pictures like this part for example, you can show how the hand become more hoof like by having the fingers merge with each other. Showing more transition pictures might help out a lot, but it's also more important not to go overboard with them.
