I would not be surprised if the infamous Mane 6 episodes are Related to Mental Disorder just like Lesson Zero turns out to be.

Lesson Zero has been abused like hell over Creepypasta's, etc but knowing it's related to mental disorder. It falls apart like a building over the idea of the character is Crazy. Think to yourself nobody ever makes this stuff if was explained, etc.

Lesson Zero is just any of the infamous episodes of the Mane 6. Any life Lesson gets thrown out the window over the eye fact the character actors are nothing like themselves but it's not explained.
