Christchurch tram "152" sitting in the Christchurch City tram barn in central Christchurch. I was able to use the powers of being a "Wellington Tramway Museum" motorman to gain access to this area not normally open to the public!
152 was built in 1910 by "Boon and Co" in Christchurch as one of a fleet of 28 trams of this class. She was fully restored in 1981, and became "The Royal Tram" after carrying Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II around the inner city tramline during a Royal visit in 1995.
