I think it's because I thought the udder there was a really oddly inflated pierced wang, because I never expected to ever see anything like this with a well, female horse.

Although now you got me suddenly wondering about the possibilities of fat horses! I mean, I know that if you let one at an infinite pile of food it'll eat itself to death, but nothing about how much fat a horse can take. Maybe!
