A normal/psychic fake-mon of Canalia. Raticull are the third evolved form of Raticate, and currently only females have been known to exist.

When a mischief of rats (look it up) gets big enough, chaos and disorder sows the ranks and infighting causes widespread panic among the ranks. Thus, the need for leadership arises, and a raticate will evolve with the sole purpose of becoming their main hive-mind to restore a semblance of order and re-unity the group, making them stronger than ever. With a strong telepathic mind, roles and sub-groups are established, and a whole hierarchy is crafted under their command.

However, Raticull do not let power go to their mind. As they have grown powerful out of necessity, so too will they follow their loyalty to the family and selflessly lead, educating the young, joining troops on turf wars if necessary and taking just as much food as any other raticate out of fairness (often leaving their 8-foot tall forms rather lanky).

As such, Raticull are immensely rare and, always with a literal army at their command, immensely dangerous to encounter.
