Things seemed grim for our tropical heroine last month, but in the, likely much awaited, July Patreon picture from
shonuff44 it seems Hula Girl isn’t done yet, and has managed quite the ferocious recovery, much to her mechanized opponent’s dismay. ;).Quite the dramatic and action-packed picture here, with such a great feeling of motion. Between the side panels and main panel you can really feel Hula Girl’s anger and strength, she has definitely been pushed past her limits with her robot adversary. And Mecha is definitely learning not to underestimate Hula Girl, to declare victory too soon, and that putting her foot atop Hula’s butt may be a fatal mistake. Mecha’s posing and expressions are brilliant, and really show her distress and befuddlement at this sudden turn of the tide. And between the cracked metal, electrical sparks, and the apparent knockback, accenting by her and Hula’s flowing hair, it is clear that that hurt. But the fight’s not over yet, stay tuned and find out how this plays out. ;).
