...I don't know. Eastern/Chinese dragons do not typically have wings.

Here are some personal opinions. I am a Chinese. In the history and impression of my country, eastern dragons usually do not have wings, because they could have been flying through the clouds, like fish swimming in water.
Of course you can add wings to your eastern dragon oc if you want :D
