"You want to buy a what?” said a store employee.
"A scale!" said raindeer named Blitz, who is looking rather pissed getting all the way to the store "You have any idea how much exercise I have to go through to keep myself from getting stuck by my own weight? Too much I tell you. And the last thing I need is to be questioned into buying a new scale."
"Ma'am, are you aware of your condition?" said a store employee.
"I know I am totally pregnant, I am not oblivious." Blitz blustered before returning to her rant "I just want to know how much baby weight I gain because of them kiddos!"
When her belly reaches below her ankles, it begs the question if there’s anything that can measure such weight. She might not be in the right place for anything industrial grade, but she knew well she had seen a few scales that might be up to the task.
"So please, do you have a scale that can handle my weight?"
"Uhhh, I think so? We gotta check." "We do have an extra-wide bath scale, maybe that will-"
"Then I'll take it! Oh! And a box full of apples and cinnamon, please."
After an hour-long ride towards home, Blitz munching on the last remaining snacks, is now focus to get her hands on weighting herself as she haphazardly placed the scale on the floor. A little tap of her hoof to check the batteries working, and soon after she moved her whole body on top of it. Then she heard a sound that she didn’t want to hear. An audible crackling sound as the scale beeps in protest, followed by a horrid bending or crack under her. The weight scale was breaking.
"Are you serious?" Blitz now more annoyed, as the scale shutdown from the incredible pressure "I just bought this thing!"
Now that is thirty dollars down the drain. Not easy to return something that broke down beyond its limit. It only means one thing… That she needs a bigger scale next time.
