Holding the title "World's Srongest Pokemon" can have some downsides such as being challenged from a caterpie all the way to a Druddigon and they all want a shot at Mercury's title. Even Legendaries are always challenging him such as Dialga, the Temporal Pokemon. With Kimo's tricks and tactics and Mercury's cunning and strength, they overwhelemed and turned Dialga into packs of diapers, and their were plenty of Dialga diapers for them until they caught the attention of the Dragonite who is quite a photographer.
He witnessed and took too many pictures and asked them to be in the next issue for the Legendz Edition of Crinklz Magazine, which they happily accepted since Crescent's Magazine issue got under his hide, and the dragonite loves the fact that even the pokemon of time can't defeat Mercury.

When he and Kimo got to the photoshoot, Mercury was gonna turn Kimo into a diaper, but his policy is one tf diaper at a time. So the duo got in many different poses and reactions. He also poked fun that Mercury ate a little too much at the buffet table, and he was glad that he managed to get plenty of Dialga diapers which he calls the "Temporal Brand" and for more humiliation to Dialga, the tagline said you can 'control your movements anytime' making Dialga groan. He immeditaly sent issues all over the regions and islands and Mercury's started selling alot, mostly due to his popularity and status. Since the Dragonite wanted to keep the diamond theme, he gave Mercury's buddy Kimo a pack of Diamond diapers to keep with the theme and both loved it, these two actually made the front cover, pokemon do love big bellied Lugias and very popular.

Mercury hopes this gets under Crescent's hide and Pampaku's diaper body since the trio are always trying to outdo each other.
