Kinda the whole point of my new animation. Testing out a feature in blender I though was really neat called Dynamic Paint. Without getting into the nity gritty it's literally just simulating when objects when touching each other and causing it to "deform." Like you can see in these pictures. the cylinder compresses Ziina's tongue where it interacts, giving a slightly better illusion of "realism"

Ya, I recently discovered it myself. I'll Link the two sources I used to kinda figure out the basics. I will say it can be pretty finicky as you can see in my maw play video. Might be I didn't understand all the settings or it could be the model (no offence to the model's creator). It might be a little less glitchy if it was the tongue in this case was it's own model so it wasn't trying to apply it to the whole model.
