So, just getting ahead of the story a bit, I feel I should explain the justification for why Rohan is so furious right now. The "bloodlust" is definitely a part of it, but the bigger part is because he was held in place and missed his chance to catch up to Venton. I'm not entirely sure how clear that was, but I feel it's a useful detail to mention here so it's not interpreted as just a simple repeat of the first night. It's more complicated than that. My goal is in no way to frustrate the reader, so be patient with our demonic friend this chapter. He's got a lot going on at the moment. X3
