Perhaps you didn't eat the section you prefer. Turkey has both light and dark meat, and people always seem to prefer one far more than the other. Maybe you ate the section you didn't really like and missed out, lol.

For the record, I think dark meat wins, although the majority of folks seem to disagree with me (doesn't matter now, cuz I've been vegetarian for the past 5 years, so all I can eat on Thanksgiving is cornbread stuffing and mashed potatoes).
