Personality- Cultured and smooth, whether it is as Gyges Rex or Tlatoani. This T Rex villain speaks with poise and rhythm that catches the weak mind into following his glorious purpose. He acts with decision and resolution, even in spite of due caution. All that he focuses on is the rebuilding of his birth nation, no matter how much the world has passed him by. It is the world that must return to the proper order of things with his people ruling all.

Powers-
Primal Hypnosis- All the world used to bow before the Tyrant Lizard Kings of old. It is ingrained within the brains of all beasts and beings. A genetic memory induced within their hindbrains. A Tyranno can speak to this ancient blood tie, yoking the minds of the lesser mammals that used to serve. Alas it will not work upon new life that never knew the authority of the Tyranno empire, or life that was not flesh in nature.

He moonlights now as a mover and shaker of high finance and energy but he works dark schemes to topple these weak usurpers of the divinely ordained rule of the Tyrant Lizards. He personally enjoys destroying bovines to spite the memory of the Hero and civilization that destroyed his people’s way of life to let the mammalians rise.

Weakness- Despises the current sun and those empowered by their lineage. Those that wield powers from Celestial bodies or influences wear away at the powers and forces of the Tyranno empire and that lineage.

History
Once priest king and conqueror. He ruled with a fellow high institution. He witnessed the traitorous sky work their influences to change the face of this planet. A witness to the war that had the rulership of this planet’s texture to pass onto what were considered lesser blood. He would not let his people and nation be resigned to the trash heap of history. Sinister rites were worked to preserve him from the overthrow, to carry his body across the sea of ages. Until… one day he woke up again. With a will and cruelty sharp as volcanic glass. He carved himself a high place in this new world he found himself in. Patiently, steadily, ruthlessly toppling the foundations of now to rebuild it into a familiar image from the rubble.
