Very much so, yes! And while it's true in the wild they can be cub-killers, more and more research has shown not all lions do that, *and* that they can be very good fathers to their own cubs.
Anyway, Nieve is a very loving lion, so this pic was absolutely perfect and made my heart melt. :)
