I did this a month ago for a halloween contest on DA. I didn't win but there were over 100 entries and a lot were really good. So, better luck next year ^^
This is still Honeytan. She has a bunch of different forms and this is her Zombie form. She turns into this form on Halloween night at about 8:00 Pm or she enters a graveyard at 12:00 Am.
