Introducing a whole new character named Iris, who I designed to be Rosalyn's old best friend/now rival. Keep in mind that she's still a really new character, so just bear with me.

BACKGROUND
In her youth, Iris grew up in Neon City and was sent to train and learn discipline after her parents got worn down by her more... energetic qualities. There, she met Rosalyn Croft, who not only made an excellent sparring partner, but also became Iris' best friend. The two had a very close relationship as they trained together, entering multiple tournaments as well. However, at age 16, they entered a tournament together and were pit against each other in the final bout. After an intense battle, Iris lost. Deeply offended and embittered by her defeat, Iris left Neon City about a year later and started traveling the world, training all sorts of martial arts from across the globe. Ironically, during Rosalyn's own travels, the two would often come just short of seeing each other again.

Years later, Iris, now an adult, finally returns to Neon City in the hopes of getting a rematch with Rosalyn. She hopes that, by beating her, she can even the score. How will this turn out? We'll find out soon enough...

PERSONALITY
When Iris was younger, she was a very friendly, high-spirited, and upbeat girl who few people could keep up with. Even Rosalyn could sometimes get exhausted with her when they hung out. During her training, she started to become more disciplined, but still retained her jovial attitude. But that all changed after Rosalyn defeated her in that fateful tournament. Since then, Iris became dedicated to her training, hoping to one day even the score by besting Rosalyn in battle. While the training has made her stronger, it also had the side-effect of making her more fearsome and ambitious, as well as distant from others. She's certainly become determined, but some such as Aaron would believe that she takes herself too seriously.

Make no mistake, though - though she wants to defeat Rosalyn, she's not a villain. Unfortunately, she's been so focused on her training that she's been a little out of the loop on what's been going on since she left Neon City, which can potentially lead to trouble. Iris is prideful and hates losing, but more than that, she hates anything she perceives as pity. While she's mostly serious now, however, that high-spirited child hasn't completely left - she occasionally gets excitable about things and can sometimes exhibit a sense of humor. Now if only her jokes weren't absolutely terrible...

POWERS AND ABILITIES
Having trained alongside Rosalyn growing up, Iris has many of the same abilities. Like her, she's very fast, strong, and agile, especially by human standards, as well as a very powerful and skilled martial artist, able to fight on par with Rosalyn herself. And like Rosalyn, she can focus her ki in order to enhance her physical stats even further and release an aura powerful enough to shake the ground beneath her feet. During her training, Iris has also picked up an ability that allows her to channel and release electricity through her body, allowing her to deliver blows powerful enough to paralyze even some of the toughest opponents.

Iris also has the ability sleep anywhere in any condition, no matter how unusual.
