yep police exists in Lehmstadt, though the crime rate is fairly low. gobblers mostly get into disputes with each other. gobbler/dweller related crimes are much rarer. most often it's gobblers who take out their aggressions on dwellers (who lack the muscle mass & backbone to defend themselves against an angry gobbler.)
