But I was curious how you get the very fine details in the black orbs around her hands? Where it looks like you've drawn them with a white ink pen. Did you just get really, really close and leave her hands not inked so that the blank white of the paper is where her hands are?

I understand, I'l tell you step-by-step, I used a Template (Circle) Inked every part that
needs to be inked BUT not the part inside of the Circles leaving the outline behind, I inked
the Circle inside and leaving the hand uncolored then I tried using the marker to ink the part
inside put leaving space for the Outline making it appear White and using the Ballpoint for the
unreachable marker areas.

Yes. It was what I thought if you didn't use white ink. The white in the hands and shapes are from the page you were drawing on and you inked everything else around it.
That's some skill you got to get that details and not messing it up. I'm sure I'd of fudged the inking if I tried it. ^^;
