I took some leftover chicken and some instant rice then combined them together with veggies l, spicy peppers, soy sauce and spices of choice and fried them up together into a delicious new take on a popular Asian dish!
Here’s how I did mine:
1-preheat a hot pan with sesame oil, peanuts and chilli flakes until hot
2-chop up choice veggies and chicken to desired size
3-add 1 bag of instant rice to hot pan and stir fry until rice is golden yellow/brownish
4-add chicken and veggies and fry until veggies are soft
5-add choice spices and 2tbsp of soy sauce (less if you prefer low-sodium) and stir until all ingredients are cooked and combined
6-serve and enjoy!
