Well, maybe the person have a bad knowledge about english and maybe wanted to write:
"Do I see and Arcanine there? Yup, I see one."

If not, then I don't know what the person smoked to see an Arcanine in this Avatar.
(Even my fantasy CAN'T see an Arcanine there. And I have a lot fantasy.)

By the way, I hang at the second PCA story. 2/3 finished, but I don't know what I should write at the moment.
(Bit stress since my birthday is over.)
