A tribute piece I drew for the late Carlo Bonomi.
Similarly to the piece I drew for the passing of Stephen Hillenburg, Carlo Bonomi was responsible for making such a large piece of my childhood that I felt I had to draw a tribute piece for him. My sister and I grew up watching Pingu a TON and it became a firm favourite of ours (to the point where we STILL drive them mad by reciting the show and watching the clips over and over XD - yep, at least 20 years later it still tickles us pink XD ), and a huge part of it was due to Carlo Bonomi's performance.
The man had such a good range, and I heard that as well as his voice acting experience, he was a famous clown in Italy, and he definitely knew how to make people laugh. :3
May you rest in peace Carlo - your noot noot will live on.
