After failing to get the Arkuaticans killed, an appropriate punishment must be given to the little orca, Shoro. The blue nudibranch, a former human, suggests they use the magical pearl and turn her into a clown, but Fisk misheard him.
At least as a giant clam, she won't be causing any mischief.
This is a non-canon comic to Arkuatica, but does relate to something that happens in Issue 8.
