This OC is someone my friend came up whilst doing an RP once. We both felt that since both Mega Man universes are often doing cross-universe references, we felt that Ciel from Mega Man Zero needed a BN counterpart herself.

I basically came up with the Professor title since Dr. is the title of the original, and Wily's counterpart is often referred to as either Mr. Wily, or Lord Wily to differentiate.

And in case anyone's forgotten: Yes, I gave Alouette a BN counterpart, but that was of my own volition & self brainstorming. In layman's terms: I came up with her myself.

Biography: Professor Ciel is a top ranking scientist at Scilab renowned for her expertise in netscape geography. Innovative & insightful, she is often seen as a top favorite among scilab officials next to Scilab head Dr. Hikari. The Professor joined Scilab sometime before WWW was officially formed and was already one of its top ranking scientists by the time the Wood Super program was (presumably) stolen by WWW during an unseen attack. At some point, during a scheduled visit, she met Juni's family & friends; Shantae being one of them, when one of Juni & Palutena's daughter; Alouette, accidentally separated herself from the group when Ciel's station snagged her interest when she wasn't inside of said station. But the professor found Alouette browsing her workstation & allowed her to stay a while (even letting her play in a mud pool she was experimenting with at the time), and she used the time to strike up an unbreakable friendship with her before her parents came to her station to pick Alouette up & obtain a data pack the professor had prepped for Alouette's family & friends. And since then, she's been a loyal ally of the Olympian family through & through helping with problems they might not solve themselves & was even endlessly viable during the Zero Virus incident; disposing of fake vaccine programs that may've been sent out randomly. After the incident with the Zero Virus, she came to claim custody of Zero.EXE & has been caring & supervising him ever since then, and Ciel has been helping out the Olympian family ever since then; whether it is during the Alpha outbreak, or even leading Team Zero to assist Teams ProtoMan & Colonel, and even Juni & Palutena's Team Lumen during Nebula's full scale net takeover, and even during the time they were living in Central Town. Professor Ciel is best described as being a scientist with a gleaming heart of gold blended with a shining soul of silver. She does however, tend to be a slight worrywart; especially when her friends are concerned. When not overly busy, she likes to take time off her schedule & indulge herself in a hand's-on experience in her Earth Science work. In layman's terms: She will sink herself in quicksand when time permits. She however, becomes depressed at the sight of a navi who's transformed into a Dark Soul & therefor does not take too kindly to Darkloids. The sharpest at spotting terrain differences.

Abilities: Professor Ciel's intelligence is incredibly praiseworthy. A smart woman in her own right, she is a well renowned expert in geology in the real world, and the network. In fact, she can identify what the terrain in some parts of the net & real world are like just by making a small observation; even at a distance. She is also adept at operating netnavis & has skills in operating Zero.EXE, even showing perfect synchro in using him within a short amount of time after attaining custody of the red navi.
