They never are. If you notice, half of them talk about how much time per day to set aside for "writing". It's basically aimed at people who write about writing about writing....yes.

I also bought one of these books some years ago, the name was "How to change your live in 60 seconds" and it was full of that weird "helpful" crap. Its in the paper recyling now when some weeks ago i started to change my life...was a waste of money.

Books like that are writen by toxic judgemental people who would just as easily say "just be happy" to a depressed person because they are dog shit convinced they know everything -_-
