Usually I'll do 4-8, depending on which fleece it is (some are thinner) and how many copies of a hat I've got to do at a given moment. I use rotary cutters & a mat, so that makes it a LOT easier to stay accurate. With scissors, the most I'll risk is 2; they just slide too much.
