When making a potion, you'd best be knowing what ye doing. Olivia though didn't really have anyone to test the potion with (who'd be willing to do it anyway). However, she worried less about that and focused more on herself. She made a potion to try a new look. Fortunately, she bore fruit as she sees some good results. She did make sure it didn't cause any weird effects, like mega evolving. That would be weird.

Also buizel Sakura needs more screen time. SO that helps out. In case if ye guys forgot, the Omega Clan has a signature ability to shapeshift and that's how Sakura is able to transform. You could say the Omegas adopted a ditto ability. But it works with everything they see. Buizel Sakura will be seen more oft when She's seen underwater. But, she will have a way to train to the point where even her tail flame in her base form is unaffected by water. Though she still can't breathe underwater using her base form. Fun fact, Sakura used Cia as a basis for transforming into a buizel. Ye might notice something on her chest if she ever does take off the shirt which is unlikely.
