I normally try to avoid Poke-OCs, as I feel that's a slippery slope, but with so many folks having pokemon characters, it's nice to have a more appropriate representative to interact with them. Gengar seemed the perfect fit, and just look at their mouths! They don't even need to swallow, you'd just fall straight in. Like a perfect basketball throw, or tossing something down a chute.
