Pan-Ding, the daughter of a male dragon and a female red panda, has always had a dream to start up her own restaurant ever since her childhood. When she was 25 years old, she traveled all the way from her homeland China to a new place for her in America to make her dream come true, especially as Chinese food restaurants were popular over there. And her dream most certainly came true, as she started her own restaurant of that nature known as The Fortunate Dragon, and that restaurant became a big success! Now 28 years old, Pan-Ding feels proud of how she’s accomplished her biggest dream, and she even has a boyfriend too, a rooster named Shihong, that she hopes to marry at some point.
