Looks great for a practice piece. Their pose is very dynamic and has a lot of energy, good expression on their face as well. Really sells to me that she is excited, perhaps celebrating something. Comparing it to the reference pose, I think you did a solid job capturing the line of action and energy in the piece. Beyond that, the character is very cute and I like your general style.
