Hes something in Yumi Nikki that appears only by chance. I cant recall where in the game, but he appears only after you kill Poniko inside the house, There is also a slight chance of summoning him when you turn the lights off, as the warning said above. Very scary event if done by accident or never knew of Uboa before causing the event. He sends you to a place that you cant get out of and forced to wake up.
