This one is the result of me sending a TON of cute outfits and accessories to Wob and saying "Have at it!" I absolutely love the result that was sent back :D This was done pretty quickly too from what I remember! I was really lucky and sent a message right before commissions were about to open too.
This was originally going to be a more lolita styled image, but after seeing all the colorful childish references I sent I think the idea changed right away XD We kept the same kind of scenery but decided to go with an outfit more on the casual side, which I'm a big fan of!
GOSH do I adore this style of outfit :D Absolutely drenched in adorable prints and colors! The detail in Wob's work is really lovely, I LOVE how the waistband of the diaper peeking out from the shorts looks! How it folds and curls, it's SO realistic! I'm a big fan of realism in this theme and GOSH does Wob have it :D There's even a touch of extra bulk on the shorts where the padding would be!
I really do love diaper peek like this, it's super cozy to just imagine that it's part of the outfit and it's not supposed to be anything out of the ordinary, but gosh do I wonder what the prints on these hidden diapers would be every time, especially here XD
Not to just be a diaper fiend of course, the rest of the image is so well done! The creases and volume changing on the shorts, the creases in the leggings, the creases in the one shoe and shirt! It's always nice when someone goes and puts in extra details that might not always be present in other art! I wish I had sprung for the painted style Wob offers, just to see how prettied up the whole scene would be.
This is one of the few pieces where I can really imagine it being done on a set and she's posing for a picture. It's never NEEDED but seeing it executed like this adds a nice bit of charm to it for me :D
I just had to mention the little accessories as well, I love plastic trinkets being worn, and that star on her cheek is a darling addition, but look at that strappy bottle! Now that's some useful style :3c
Looking at this again right now, I suppose if I'd add anything, I'd have opted for some cool shades, maybe worn up on her head if not over her eyes. I've always liked shades being used with childish outfits, gives a false sense of "cool" while being totally undermined by the rest of the babyish outfit :3

YEAH! Honestly this is how they'd look in a low-light situation, or at least not getting hit by a camera flash!
Her eyes are...complicated, but this is their most basic appearance! Adding light into the situation makes them progressively more reddish reflecting, but I'll spare you the nerd talk :x
