Tikal is a coeurl of the Golmore, specifically of the Deepshadow breed. Here we seem him in his dimmed state, meant for hiding his presence while hunting.

Once he has his prey, he'll often paralyze them with the barbs on the ends of his whiskers, or by breaking their minds through psionic assault. Regardless of method, he'll quickly move to secure his catch, either by consuming them or binding them in his whiskers. From there, he'll either have his fun with them, turn them to his thrall.
