Me: The United States Army Transportation Corps has produced these S160's since 1942–1945 to help out in WW2.
at the time, I was in San Diego California when I saw them doing a training drill on repairing damaged tracks from a bomb from a plane.
It was an amazing sight to S160's crew and trained army men working hard to fix the track in just minutes.
a few months have passed and I was a rookie engineer on one of the training engines when i was given the chance to prove
myself as a hardworking engineer, so I passed my training and became an engineer of the USATC #505 hauling military trains and supplies at the harbor
to be loaded into cargo ships for the war in Europe. Many years later when they were gonna retire the #505 from service i asked them with there
approval to donate the engine and its rolling stock to the railway museum for preserved for train rides.
they agreed if i am gonna be the guardian of the S160 #505 and to treat him like family, and i am to this day proud to have this engine as a member
of Equestria's railway.
Judy Hopps: wow that's amazing. so you would have learned a lot during in Europe on this engine.
Me: Yeah you can say that. Both me and my brother have shared many experiences on other railways but
its a lot of fun when we treasure those to the new generation.
